Relocation, IT Services, and Ethical Disposal
WarnerMedia appointed CMS to relocate its business from Great Marlborough Street to Old Street, London.
The move was managed by CMS and the WarnerMedia team to ensure a smooth transition to the new premises. CMS met with team leads throughout the programme and managed expectations for each department. WarnerMedia required a fully-managed service from start to finish.
Other services provided on this project consisted of IT decommissioning and recommissioning and recycling of redundant furniture via ethical disposal.
