COEL were contacted by Oval to assist with the design and planning of their proposed new office and laboratories. Having grown out of their space on Cambridge Science Park, Oval needed a new space that would enhance their continued expansion and help take the company to the next stage in its evolution. The COEL team worked with Oval senior management on high level budgets and feasibility designs to help identify a suitable space for Oval’s new home. Cambridge Research Park was chosen and Oval partnered with COEL for the design and fit out. This included a mezzanine floor and extensive office and lab fit out. A COEL project manager worked closely with the design team and the Oval team to develop the project from preliminary designs through to handover. Oval’s extraordinary growth has seen the further development of the Warehouse area to allow for a Pilot laboratory and additional work space.

Oval are over the moon with their new building! It’s extremely satisfying to finally see everyone settled in their new space, which will allow the opportunity for growth and development of the organisation.
